We have removed Nordstrom from our Best Ideas list. Since its inclusion in December 2021, the company's shares have increased by approximately 21.5%. Nordstrom has entered into a definitive agreement for acquisition by members of the Nordstrom family and the Mexico-based retailer El Puerto de Liverpool. Shareholders will receive $24.25 per share, along with a special dividend of $0.25 per share upon closing.
